MoveFit understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your personal data is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits this website, www.movefit-online.com (“Our Site”) and uses our service and will only collect and use personal data in ways that are described here, and in a manner that is consistent with Our obligations and your rights under the law.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy; either as yourself as the party or on behalf of your child who is deemed as a minor at this point; is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site and service and you will be required to read and accept this Privacy Policy when signing up for MoveFIT. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using Our Site and service (exercise classes) immediately.

In this case, it means personal data that you give to Us via Our Site. 2.1 Our Site is operated by MoveFit on behalf of Creative Aquatic whose registered address is as mentioned above.

2.2  We are not required to appoint a formal data protection officer under data protection laws. However, we have appointed a Data Protection Contact who you can reach out to about any queries you may have in relation to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Our Site and services. Our Site may contain links to other websites. This website is built on wix.com - their software collects IP addresses and enables you to send emails.  They therefore have access to certain of your information and they commit to protecting it under their own privacy policy.

MoveFit through Creative Aquatic will ensure that:

  • Proper registrations are in place
  • All members of staff, whether permanent or temporary have access to this Policy and understand relevant data protection obligations.

7.1 How do we store your data?

We store our data within the European Economic Area and we have a secure data base which is stored centrally, and other than as outlined, no other third party has access to your data and it is not shared with any other businesses. Email correspondence will be deleted on a periodic basis to help us keep track of enquiries.\

7.2 Data security is very important to Us, and to protect your data We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected through Our Site.

8. Do We Share Your Data?

8.1 We never use third party data processors that are located outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).
